I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to many shops. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants! i also appreciated the cleanliness of my premium twin room. It was super clean upon arrival. the mini-bar had a nice selection of beverages.

The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks, which I appreciated. My room was very clean and I found it very comfortable. I will happily stay here again in the future.
The bathroom exhaust fan turned on very early and could not be turned off.

i stayed for a few nights. the location was convenient for accessing public transport. the breakfast had many options i really enjoyed it. the staff at reception were always available and helpful.
the room was a bit smaller than expected. the street noise at night was quite noticeable. the internet connection was sometimes slow in the evenings it was frustrating.

The toilet design was odd. I was told it followed a traditional style, but the bowl's hole wasn't centered. Multiple flushes were sometimes necessary. Even after a room upgrade, the design remained the same. It was a bit uncomfortable if you ask me and I think they should improve it.
